Participation in the Sircle Club program is subject to acceptance by Sircle Collection and all its related entities.
Sircle Collection reserves the right to amend or terminate the program at any time without prior notice and alter the terms and conditions that apply to these services. However, we will give our best effort to provide notice about any changes in advance.
This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sircle Collection offers.
All exclusive offers in this membership program are subject to availability and the discretion of the property.
Travel agents are not permitted to participate in Sircle Club, as this is an exclusive personalized program.
Participation in this program and the continuation of Sircle Club is entirely at the discretion of Sircle Collection and its related entities.
All bookings made under this program shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions of Sircle Collection and all its entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies with regard to Sircle Collection.
By participating in this program, you hereby declare and give permission to Sircle Collection and all its entities to contact you through digital communication services, such as mail, phone, app or email, allowing you to receive the latest personalized exclusive offers of this Hotel Group and affiliated brands, which can be found at sirclecollection.com.
Sircle Collection reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to increase or decrease room rates and/or exclusive offers without further obligation.
All bookings and exclusive offers from the Sircle Club program clearly indicate what the member is entitled to during their stay.
The 10% Sircle Club discount and promotional vouchers are not valid for breakfast or minibar purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated. The 10% discount applies to one bill only for each eligible transaction. You must present your valid Sircle Club digital wallet card before payment is processed. If your identity cannot be reasonably verified, you may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo identification before the discount or promotional voucher is applied. The discount cannot be applied after payment has been completed.
Promotional vouchers are valid for a single use only. If the total bill is less than the voucher value (€10/£10), the voucher will cover the full amount of the bill. No cash refund, credit, or remaining balance will be issued, and any unused value will be forfeited. Promotional vouchers cannot be partially redeemed across multiple transactions.
The Sircle Club meetings and events benefit is for personal use only and applies solely to eligible bookings of event or meeting space. It is not valid for commercial bookings or room reservations made in connection with an event. Promotional perks and discounts must be requested before the relevant booking is confirmed and cannot be applied retrospectively once pricing has been agreed.
