If you've booked one of our hotels directly through our website, you can easily change or cancel your reservation. We'll just need the reservation number and the email address you used to make the booking. To find your reservation number, check the confirmation email we sent you after your booking was made. Once you have everything, fill out our Contact form (making sure to include your reservation details) and we'll sort the rest.
